In March 2017 I had the pleasure of co-leading a Service Blueprinting workshop at SXSW Interactive with my colleague Nick Remis.

We led a 60-minute workshop for a group of about 100 attendees that explored the theory and practice of how Service Blueprints can be used to document the current state of an experience, facilitate working with multi-functional teams, and plan for the future. We created custom hand-held service blueprinting kits including templates
